Client Services Agreement

1. Overview

By completing payment, you agree to receive concierge-style cybersecurity services from Valethorn based on your selected tier (Sentinel, Guardian, or Sovereign). Services may include device hardening, digital privacy audits, family training, and other security-related consulting as described on our website.

2. Term & Termination

• This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

• Either party may cancel with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

• Services renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

3. Payments

• All payments are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable.

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

Valethorn will treat all client information, access credentials, and activities with complete confidentiality. We never sell or share your data.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Valethorn provides expert guidance and implementation but cannot guarantee complete immunity from cybersecurity threats. We are not responsible for losses due to client actions, third-party breaches, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
